异质性视角下FDI溢出技术的吸收主体探讨与最优区间设计

本文从内资经济"异质性"视角出发,利用2000—2007年江苏省分行业面板数据,动态考察了FDI对江苏内资企业的行业内与行业间的技术溢出效应。实证结果表明,FDI的进入,对江苏省内民营企业产生了明显的"挤出"效应而对国有企业的影响却不显著,FDI通过后向关联溢出促进了民营企业产出的增长,但对国有企业产出增长的影响却为负。其原因在于民营企业与国有企业不同的产业选择与产品定位。后向关联溢出是比水平溢出更重要的溢出途径,民营企业是比国有企业更重要的技术溢出的吸收主体。

Used the panel data from 2000 to 2007, the article dynamically analyzes the FDI technology spillover within and between industries of domestic enterprises in Jiangsu province. The results indicate that the FDI entrances have ＂crowd-out＂ effects on private enterprises, and the effects on state-owned enterprises are not significances. FDI promotes the output increase of private enterprises and do little to the state-owned enterprises. The reason lies in the differences of industry investment and product orient. The backward linkage spillovers are more important way compared with horizontal spillover, and the private enterprises are the most important absorbing body of technology spillover.
