在简要介绍国际新创企业的定义和类型的基础上,本文对近年来关于国际新创企业的国际化驱动因素、国际化成长过程和国际绩效等三个方面的研究成果进行了梳理,构建了国际新创企业研究的整合性框架,同时指出了未来研究的方向,以期为后人对这一领域的深入研究提供一个动态分析脉络。

Based on the brief introduction of the definitions and types of international new ventures, this paper studies recent research results about international drivers, processe and performance of international new ventures, and it constructs a integrative framework for international new ventures. The paper points out its future research directions to supply a dynamic analysis venation for in-depth study in this area.
