摘要
高等医学院校开办医事法学专业教育是一个创新。如何办出高等医学院校医事法学专业的特色是值得研究的一个课题。本文从医事法学专业教育的培养定位、培养计划设置和师资队伍建设入手，初步探讨了医事法学专业教育的建设问题。目前，全国已有部分医学院校开办了医事法学专业，还有些院校正在积极地做开办前的准备工作。医和法的结合形成了医学和法学交叉的新学科——医事法学专业，面对这样一个新的专业该如何建设是开办或即将开办该专业的高等医学院校必须解决的一个课题。
It＇s an innovation for medical colleges to run Postgraduate Medical Education. How to do the characteristics of postgraduate higher medical school doctor is a subject worth examining. This paper starts from becoming a doctor of law education and training of professional orientation, training and faculty development programs, a preliminary study of the postgraduate medical education building.
