对未成年劳教人员实施义务教育的思考

未成年劳教人员的教育一直是社会关注和从事未成年人改造的机构潜心研究的问题。长期以来，我们在对未成年劳教人员实施教育时，重点开展以法律知识、道德修养和时势政治为主要内容的思想教育，在课程设置上将法律常识、思想道德、爱国主义等作为一门单独的学科来教授，在一定程度上忽视了未成年劳教人员的文化教育，所内的教学条件、领导体制茂教育内容等方面也都存在着问题，导致未成年劳教人员在解教后与学校教育相脱节，甚至无法完成国家法律规定的义务教育的要求。本文拟从未成年劳教人员课堂教育现状出发，阐述对未成年劳教人员实施义务教育的必要性、目前存在的困难以及提出具体的实施设想。

This paper from the minor status of inmates, classroom education, and expounds on the implementation of compulsory education, juvenile inmates, the need for and the current difficulties, the implementation of concrete ideas.
