新时代的教师要具备创新的教育观念、良好的自身素质和精湛的教育艺术。对待学生要视为“益友”，首先要尊重学生，其次是作风要民主，再是奖惩要适度，这才是新时代的师生关系。只有正确处理新时代的师生关系，才能搞好我们的教育事业。作为新时代的教师要明确自己肩上的责任，认清自己所处的位置，才能做好自己的本职工作，作为新时代的教师应与学生成为真正的良师益友。

Abstract Teachers in the new age need possess of the innovation education idea, good quality and exquisite education art. Students should be treated as ＂friends＂, by first respecting students, then following the style of democracy, again moderating the reward and punishment. This is a new era of teacher-student relationship. Only by correctly handling the relationship between teachers and students in the new age, can we do well in our education.
