浅析农村民办幼儿园存在的问题与对策

The Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Private Kindergartens

目前农村民办幼儿固存在许多突出的问题，如办园条件差，幼儿教师数量不足，专业师资严重缺乏，师资队伍不稳定等。为了解决这些问题，应建立‘‘严格把关、公平择优”的准入机制；充分利用农村民办幼儿园有利教育资源，改善教育教学条件；将农村民办幼儿园纳入管理体系，加大扶持力度。

At present there are many problems in rural private kindergartens, such as poor conditions of rural private kindergartens; shortage of the teachers; serious lack of professional teachers and the teacher troop is unstable. To solve these problems, we shall establish ＂selected strictly, fair＂ access mechanism; make full use of rural private kindergarten education resources to improve edu- cation favorable teaching conditions; put the rural private kindergarten into management system, strengthening support.
