摘要
分析了USB线材接头的结构及成型特点。设计了一套由2个活动镶件配套的立式机用注塑成型模具,由活动镶件完成嵌件的模外安装和准确定位,同时完成塑件的取出。2个活动镶件的配合使用避免了采用双滑板立式注塑机,提高了生产效率,简化了模具结构。
The structure and molding characteristics of the wire plug for USB were analyzed. A set of injection moulds used on vertical machine were designed with two movable inserts. The two activities inserts were used to accomplish the external mould installation and accurate positioning of the inserts and remove the plastic parts. The use of these two movable inserts eliminates the necessary of using the double-slides vertical injection machine, improves the productivity and simplifies the mould structure.
