摘要
介绍了在Cimatron E软件环境中,将军车某产品模型直接分成凸模与凹模,根据工艺要求,指定分模线并自动生成分模面,加载毛坯通过布尔运算直接生成模具相关实体部件。再把部件导入NC模块规划编程,设计刀路。为此类模具的制造给出了更为高效快捷的设计与编程技术方案,实现了CAD与CAM技术的高度集成。
It was introduced that some product model of the military vehicle was splited into cavity die and core die directly based on Cimatron E, according to the technical requirements, parting curve was appointed, parting surface was formed automatically, stock was loaded, and die parts were obtained by boolean operation. Then all parts were inputted into NC module to plan programming and design the tool path. The more efficient technical solutions for design and NC Programming during die manufacturing were offered, and the highly integration of CAD and CAM technology was realized.
