泛影葡胺治疗突发性聋的临床观察

Clinical observation on the effect of meglumine in treatment of sudden deafness

目的观察泛影葡胺治疗突发性聋的临床疗效及不良反应。方法60例突发性聋患者按入院顺序随机分为对照组和观察组各30例，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用泛影葡胺治疗，观察比较两组治疗前后听力水平变化及耳呜、眩晕改善情况。结果经治疗1个疗程后，观察组显效15例、有效10例、无效5例；对照组显效10例、有效5例、无效15例，两组临床疗效差异有统计学意义（U=2．635，P〈0．05）。两组治疗后听力、耳鸣、眩晕等症状均较治疗前明显改善（t=2．720、2．824、2．936，χ2=2．795、2．948、2．954，均P〈0．05），观察组治疗后较对照组改善更明显（t=2．682、2．715、2．719，均P〈0．05）。结论泛影葡胺治疗突发性聋效果确切，听力恢复满意。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of meglumine in treartment of sudden deafness. Methods 60 pctients With sudden deafness were randomly divided into control group of 30 patients （conventional treatment） and the observation group（ 30 cases, meglumine treatment） before and after treatment, the ear hearing level changes in tinnitus, vertigo situation were compared. Results After a course of treatment, the observation group were cured, 15 cases, 10 eases,ineffective in 5 patients In the control group, 10 cases markedly effective, effective in 5 cases, 15 cases ineffective, clinical efficacy was significant （ U = 2.6 35, P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, hearing,tinnitus, dizziness and other symptoms significantly improved compared with before treatment （t = 2. 720, 2. 824,2. 936, χ2 = 2. 795,2. 948,2. 954, all P 〈 0.05 ） after treatment, observation group improved more significantly than the control group（ t = 2. 682,2. 715,2. 719, all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Meglumine in treatment of sudden deafness had exact effect satisfaction for the recovery of hearing.
