摘要
干细胞具有能够分化成不同的细胞类型，被认为是最佳的治疗各种退化性疾病或器官特异性疾病的方法，它给人类近代医学上带来革命性的改变。目前，干细胞疗法已用于临床上多种疾病的治疗，并进入临床实验和评价阶段。现就干细胞的研究及其临床应用进展简述如下。
