肝癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶2、基质金属蛋白酶9和血管内皮生长因子的表达及临床意义

Expression of MMP - 2 , MMP - 9 and VEGF in hepatocellular carcinoma and its clinical significance

目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶2（ MMP-2）、基质金属蛋白酶9（MMP-9）和血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在肝癌组织中的表达及其临床意义.方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测80例肝癌组织中MMP-2、MMP-9和VEGF表达情况,并以30例正常肝组织作为对照.结果 肝癌组织中MMP-2、MMP-9和VEGF表达均显著高于正常肝组织（x2=8.752,7.951,6.812,均P＜0.05）.肝癌患者中Ⅲ～Ⅳ期、淋巴结转移患者的MMP-2、MMP-9和VEGF阳性表达率分别高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期和无淋巴结转移患者（x2 =6.124,5.262,5.834,5.653,5.932,6.785,均P＜0.05）.结论 肝癌组织中MMP-2、MMP-9和VEGF的表达水平明显升高,它们在肝癌的浸润转移中起到了重要的作用,可作为反映肝癌进展的生物学指标.

Objective To analyze the correlation of MMP-2,MMP-9 and VEGF expression in hepatocellular carcinoma and to investigate the clinical significance.Methods The expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 and VEGF were measured by immunohistochemistry in the resected specimens from 80 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and 30 controls.Results The positive rate of MMP-2,MMP-9 and VEGF were significantly higher in the hepatocellular carcinoma patients than those of controls（ x2 =8.752,7.951,6.812,all P 〈 0.05）.The positive rate of MMP-2,MMP-9 and VEGF in Ⅲ ～ Ⅳ stage was significantly higher than those of patients in Ⅰ ～ Ⅱ stage tumor（ x2 =6.124,5.262,5.834,all P 〈0.05）.The positive rate of MMP-2,MMP-9 and VEGF in lymph node metastasis tumor was significantly higher than those of patients in non metastasis tumor（ x2 =5.653,5.932,6.785,all P 〈 0.05 ）.Conclusion MMP-2,MMP-9and VEGF expression in hepatocellular carcinoma increased markedly and plays an important role in progression of hepatocellular carcinoma.
