Barret食管及其相关疾病患者67％-92％的食管肌层是双层黏膜肌层。双黏膜肌层是与食管侵袭程度紧密相关的一个解剖学标志，近来的研究发现，在黏膜层隙室的淋巴隙比黏膜下层更大，在相关癌变中，
