射血分数正常的心力衰竭研究现状 被引量：1

摘要 长期以来我们更多关注了因心室收缩功能障碍所致的心力衰竭，但研究资料显示，在临床实践中因心室舒张功能障碍所导致的心力衰竭约占患者总数的50％左右。目前临床上将心室舒张功能障碍为主所致心力衰竭称为射血分数正常的心力衰竭（HFNEF）。本文对其概念的变迁、病因及发病机制和诊断及治疗的进展加以综述。
