Some Reflections on Changing from High Education Resource Potentials to Technology Industry Advantages of Heilongjiang Province

教育资源优势转化为科技产业优势是黑龙江省当前"科教兴省"战略的重要环节,同时也是黑龙江省高等教育改革发展的主攻方向之一。针对黑龙江省高等教育发展和科技产业发展水平不相适应的问题,从科技体制、资金投入、科技活动参与主体等方面进行剖析,指出问题存在的主要原因,并结合黑龙江省实际情况,提出了将黑龙江省高教资源优势转化为科技产业优势的对策。

At present,it is one of the important tasks of promoting provincial economy by technology that high education resource change to technology industry advantages in Heilongjiang province,also one of main directions for universities and colleges to reform in high education.Aiming at the mismatch between the high education development and industry economy development in Heilongjiang province,the problems has been analyzed from the ways of technical system and capital investment and technology activity participation subjects.The countermeasure which high education potential changes to industry economy advantage has been put forward on the basis of actual situation of Heilongjiang province.
