教师反思能力培养有效途径与评价机制构建

摘要 教学反思是教师专业发展和自我成长的核心因素。反思是教师必备的能力,如何培养"反思型教师",就显得尤为重要和紧迫。本文将依据当前教师的反思状况,就教师反思能力的培养策略与外部环境构建展开探索。
