摘要
对心脏而言,反复缺血刺激可导致其对随后发生再次缺血的耐受能力有所增加,此现象作为一种心肌内源性自我保护方式已达共识。其表现形式有两种,一种是人们所熟知的缺血预适应现象,它可由不同方式在不同场合下被诱导发生并发挥其保护相应靶器官的作用;
