电针预处理对家兔急性心肌缺血心肌酶影响的实验研究

The Effect of Electro-acupuncture Preconditioning on Myocardial Enzymes of Rabbits with Acute Myocardial Ischemia

目的:通过电针预处理急性心肌缺血家兔的实验研究,观察电针内关穴对心肌缺血家兔心肌酶变化的影响,探讨电针预处理对心肌缺血的保护作用机理。方法:将健康大耳白家兔24只随机分为正常组、模型组、电针预处理组,每组8只。采用经耳缘静脉注射垂体后叶注射液造成家兔急性心肌缺血模型。给予双侧内关穴电针预处理,抽取动脉血,通过全自动生化仪分析,观察各项心肌酶变化。结果:电针预处理可降低心肌缺血后心肌酶的含量,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:电针预处理通过降低心肌酶的释放达到对家兔急性心肌缺血损伤的保护作用。

Objective：To observe the effect on myocardial enzymes through the experimental study on acute myocardial ischemia rabbits by means of＂Neiguan＂ electro-acupuncture preconditioning.And discuss the mechanisms of protection by electro-acupuncture preconditioning.Methods：24 healthy rabbits were divided into 3 groups at random： normal group,model group and electro-acupuncture preconditioning group.Duplicated myocardial ischemia model on rabbits by means of PIT auricular vein injection continuously.Testing artery blood to observe the changes of myocardial enzymes.Results：Electro-acupuncture preconditioning could reduce myocardial enzymes after acute myocardial ischemia,there was a significant difference compared with model group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Electro-acupuncture preconditioning has a significant protection to cardiomyocyte by reducing the release of myocardial enzymes.
