针刺治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床研究进展

Clinical Progress of Acupuncture Treatment for Dysphagia after Stroke

回顾近年来针刺治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的不同针刺治疗方法及运用情况,包括体针、项针、舌针、头针、电针、水针、埋线等方面,从中医和现代医学的角度对机理作出分析,针刺治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍具有肯定疗效,并指出针刺治疗本病在临床研究方法中存在的问题和今后的研究方向。

Based on different acupunture therapies and applications,this paper reviews acupuncture treatment for dysphagia after stroke in recent years,including body acupuncture nape needle,tongue acupuncture,scalp acupuncture,electroacupuncture,hydro-acupuncture and catgut embedding.The analysis of mechanism has been given from the view of traditonal Chinese medicine and modern medicine.Acupuncture treatment for dysphagia after stroke has positive effects,and the paper also points out the problems of clinical research methods and future research direction.
