中医脉诊客观化可行性思路探讨

几十年来脉诊的客观化研究越来越受到研究者的重视和期待,但脉象的客观检测、脉波图的分析、脉诊仪的应用,并未得到突破性的进展,无法在临床上广泛应用。从实验角度研究脉诊也未有实质性发展。搭建中医脉学与临床实践的桥梁,对中医古代文献和典型医案的脉证规律和脉证关系进行统计分析,建立相关信息数据库,可能是中医脉诊客观化的根本思路和突破口。

The objective research of pulse has aroused more and more researchers＇ attention and expectations.Many research methods still have not get breakthrough progress and cannot be used widely in clinic.Pulse also has no substantial development from the angle of modern animal experiment research.Therefore,the bridges should be built for pulse diagnosis and clinical practice,literature and typical Yian pulse card regularity and pulse card relations statistical analysis,establish relevant information database.These may provide some enlightenment to the modern study of the pulse in the aspect of methodology.
