原发性高血压病患者高刺激率听觉脑干反应的分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨原发性高血压患者的耳蜗听功能特征。方法对34例(68耳)原发性高血压患者进行听觉脑干反应(ABR)高刺激率测试,与正常组30例(60耳)比较。结果采用两种刺激速率PL差值(ΔPL)I、PL差值(ΔIPL)作为分析参数,Ⅰ~ⅢΔIPL、Ⅰ~ⅤΔIPL较正常组延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高刺激率ABR作为一种敏感、准确和无创的检测手段,对原发性高血压患者听力早期损害的发现和内耳疾病防治具有重要的临床意义。 Objective To investigate the characteristics of cochlear hearing function in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Auditory brainstem response of high frequency stimulation rate in 34 patients with essential hypertension(68 ears) was examined,compared with 60 normal ears. Results Interpeak latency difference of waveⅠ-Ⅴ and Ⅰ-Ⅲ were prolonged in the study group compared with the control group.There was significant difference of the anomal-rate in study group compared with the control group.Conclusion Auditory brainstem response of high frequency stimulation rate may be usd as a sensitive and dependable diagnostic method in essential hypertension.
