超声检查对小儿急性阑尾炎的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasound on acute appendicitis in children

目的探讨彩色超声检查对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法对阜阳市人民医院共76例小儿急性阑尾炎手术治疗患者的彩超检查结果进行对比分析。结果彩超共诊断70例,诊断符合率为92.1%;漏诊6例,漏诊率为7.9%。结论彩色超声诊断急性阑尾炎方便、无创、诊断率高,有重要临床意义。

Objective To study the value of color doppler ultrasound in diagnosing acute appendicitis.Methods The color doppler flow imaging（CDFI）was performed on 76 children with acute appendicitis,the ultrasonic performances were compared with the observation results.Results Among the 76 cases,ultrasound diagnostis rate of appendicitis in children was 92.1%（70/76）,the rate of misdiagnosis was 7.9%（6/76）.Conclusion CDUS is a simple,fast,acceptable and repeatable method for the diagnosis of appendicitis,which is useful in the clinical practice of surgery.
