摘要
宽系列滚动轴承在轧机上广泛使用,频繁出现短寿烧损问题,很难达到设计寿命。采用边界元法对某600四辊轧机滚动轴承三维载荷特性进行解析,分析了在静定性辊系中,轴承座优化设计对延长轴承使用寿命的有利影响,并进行了创新设计,取得的结论对延长轧机轴承寿命研究具有普遍意义。
The wide-type roller bearing is widely used in rolling mill,but its short longevity and burning accidents appear frequently.It is difficult for the bearing to reach the design target due to the accidents.The loading characteristics of the roller bearings in Model 600 four-roller rolling mill are analyzed with BEM.In the static determination roll system,the function of bearing pedestal optimum design on prolonging the life of the roller bearing is discussed.The conclusions given in this paper are valuable for study on prolonging roller bearing life.
