摘要
液压滑环(液压旋转接头)是钢包回转台内的一重要部件,板坯连铸生产线维修时需将其取出清洗、检修。由于钢包回转台的特殊位置,无法用天车直接将其吊出。根据车间里已有的三角吊具,对其改造后再配合使用天车,成功地解决了起吊钢包回转台内液压滑环的问题。
The hydraulic slipring is an important component in ladle turret.The hydraulic slipring needs to be taken out to get it cleaning and maintenance during the maintenance of slab continuous casting production line.It is inconvenient for travelling crane to uplift the hydraulic slipring due to the location of the ladle turret.In order to solve the problem,the original lifting appliance was restructured based on the available triangular appliance.
