摘要
冠脉内支架是冠心病介入治疗技术的核心组成部分，第一代的药物涂层支架在局部释放抑制新生内皮增殖的药物，与金属裸支架（bare metal stents，BMS）比较减少了支架内再狭窄和再血管化率，但是随后的临床研究提示晚期和极晚期支架内血栓形成的发生率在一代药物涂层支架明显升高，
