摘要
针对一款高功率的Buck DC-DC的效率进行分析,把总的损耗分为上管和下管的导通及开关损耗,通过仿真及测试,分析影响效率的主要因素,并比较仿真与测试的主要差别。分析结果表明:影响效率的最主要因素依然是上下管的导通电阻,以及所使用的功率管的模型需要修正。
The efficiency of an efficient Buck DC-DC is analyzed.The loss with the switch loss and the conduction loss of the high side and the low side power MOS are separated.According to the result of the evaluation and the simulation,the factor having an influence on efficiency and the difference between the simulation and the evaluation can be found out.The result of analysis shows that the chief factor having an effect on efficiency is still the conduction resistance of the high side and the low side of the power MOS.And the model of power MOS used should be modified.
