摘要
燃油流量的准确测量对航空发动机性能计算有着重要的影响。在众多的流量计中,双转子燃油流量计有着传统单转子流量计难以比拟的优点,并具有广泛的工程应用前景。阐述了双转子燃油流量计的工作原理以及燃油流量计算方法。通过对某型发动机性能试飞中双转子燃油流量计的试验数据,得到的计算结果与供应商提供的结果进行比对,两者基本吻合,证明了该计算方法的正确性。
Fuel flow accurate measurement has an important impact on the aircraft engine performance determination.Compared with other types of traditional flowmeters,dual-rotor turbine flowmeter has many merits,and also a wide range of engineering application prospects.The operation principle and calculation method of dual-rotor turbine flowmeter are presented.Combined with the dual-rotor turbine flowmeter flight test data of certain aircraft engine,the calculation results are obtained.Compared with the supplier's results,it shows that the two matched well and the calculation method is verified.
