乌鲁木齐地区牙科拍片机放射防护现状调查与分析

Survey and analysis on radiation protection status of dental film machine in Urumqi

目的了解新疆乌鲁木齐地区牙科拍片机工作场所及个人防护现状。方法采用随机抽样的方法对乌鲁木齐地区25家口腔诊所的牙科拍片机工作场所进行防护效果监测及个人防护状况进行调查与分析。结果68.00%的测量点符合辐射防护与安全的最优化原则,44.00%的口腔诊所有牙科拍片机单独机房;20.00%的口腔诊所配备个人防护用品。结论卫生监督部门应加强对口腔诊所放射防护的监督管理,督促其提高辐射防护意识,确保放射工作人员及受检者的辐射安全。

Objective To understand the dental film machine workplaces and personal protective status in Urumqi.Method Monitoring the dental film machine workplaces protective effect and analysis personal protective status of 25 dental clinics in Urumqi region by random sampling method.Results 68% of the measuring points match the safety optimization principle and radiation protection,44% of dental film machines of dental clinics set in separate rooms,20% of dental clinics equipped with personal protective equipment.Conclusions Health supervision departments should strengthen the supervision and management of dental clinics in radiological protection,urging them to increase their awareness of radiation protection,and ensuring the radiation safety of radiation workers and subjects.
