2007—2010年常熟市第一人民医院抗菌药物应用分析

Analysis of Antibiotic Use in Changshu First People's Hospital from 2007 to 2010

目的:了解我院抗菌药物的应用情况及趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性方法,对我院2007—2010年抗菌药物的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)和限定日费用(DDC)进行统计、分析。结果:我院抗菌药物销售金额和DDDs均呈逐年上升趋势,销售金额靠前的绝大多数为注射剂,DDDs较高的为头孢菌素类、大环内酯类和氟喹诺酮类,药物的DDC逐年降低。结论:我院抗菌药物的应用结构基本合理,但个别品种的应用缺乏合理性,应加强对《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》的学习,切实落实抗菌药物的分级使用制度。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the status quo and tendency of the antibiotic use in our hospital so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of antibiotics.METHODS： In this retrospective study,the consumption sum,DDDs and DDC of antibiotics in our hospital from 2007 to 2010 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS： Both the consumption sum and DDDs of antibiotics in our hospital increased year by year,with injections topping the list of consumption sum,and cephalosporins,macrolides and fluoroquinolones topping the list of DDDs.The DDC of antibiotics decreased year by year.CONCLUSION： The application structure of antibiotics in our hospital is reasonable on the whole,however,the use of a few categories was far from rational,and thus it is important to tighten learning on the Guiding Principles for Clinical Use of Antibiotics to put the graded antibiotic use system into practice.
