社区老年人用药情况调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on Drug Use in the Elder Patients in Community

目的:通过调查某干休所老年人用药情况,探索社区老年人慢性病用药规律并作初步评估,为社区老年人合理用药提供依据。方法:调取本单位所在社区768名军队离退休老干部及其配偶的健康档案和本单位HIS系统存储的相关资料,对社区各类慢性病用药信息进行统计学分析。结果:影响本社区老年人健康的主要疾病为高血压、糖尿病、心、脑血管疾病等,药物使用率排序基本与其患病率一致,平均用药品种数为(2.88±2.02)种,老年人对药物的认知度与受教育程度成正相关。结论:老年人患病率高、用药品种多、药物认知度偏低,提高社区医疗机构药学服务能力是促进老年人合理用药的有效方法。

OBJECTIVE：To probe into the drug use in elder patients in a cadres＇ convalescent home and to explore and evaluate the drug use pattern in elder patients with chronic diseases in community so as to provide references for rational drug use in community elder patients.METHODS： The medical file of 768 elder cadres who retried from army and their spouses in a community and the relative data recorded in His system in this unit were retrieved for statistical analysis with regard to the drug use for different chronic diseases.RESULTS： The main diseases affecting the health of the elderly included hypertension,diabetes mellitus,cardio-cerebrovascular diseases and so on.The order of drug use frequency was basically in line with the morbidity rate.The mean number of drugs used was 2.88±2.02.The cognition degree of the elders was positively correlated to their education background.CONCLUSION： The elder patients has high morbidity,and their diseases were often treated by many different drugs and they have low cognition level on drug use An effective way for promoting rational drug use is to improve the pharmaceutical service capability in community health care services.
