慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者长期家庭氧疗的家庭功能状况研究

目的:研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者实施长期家庭氧疗对其家庭功能状况的影响。方法:采用家庭功能评定量表(FAD),对152例长期家庭氧疗的COPD患者家庭(试验组)和152例一般家庭(对照组)的家庭功能状况进行调查。结果:长期家庭氧疗COPD患者家庭和一般家庭的家庭功能总体上没有显著性差异(t=1.614,P>0.05),各维度分值除沟通维度外(t=4.135,P<0.05),其他均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:COPD患者实施长期家庭氧疗其家庭功能状况没有产生严重问题,但仍需开展积极措施,进一步改善家庭功能。

Objective:To disscuss the Family function of the long-term domiciliary oxygen therapy inpatients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:With family function rating scale (FAD),152 long term oxygen therapy for COPD patients and 152 controls to investigate the functional status of the family.Results:Long term oxygen therapy in patients with COPD and the general overall family functioning of families there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Scores of each dimension than the dimension of communication outside (t=4.135,P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the other (P>0.05).Conclusion:Long term oxygen therapy in patients with COPD family function not been seriously affected,but still need to carry out positive measures to further improve family functioning.
