摘要
目的:建立羊蹄药材中蒽醌类成分鉴别和含量测定方法,为羊蹄药材质量评价提供新依据。方法:采用薄层色谱法对羊蹄药材进行定性鉴别,超高速液相色谱法(UPLC)建立羊蹄药材中大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚等成分的含量测定方法。结果:羊蹄药材中大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚等成分的薄层鉴别特征明显,UPLC法能快速地同时测定羊蹄中大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚的含量。结论:该方法具有良好的专属性和重现性,能准确、稳定、快速地对羊蹄药材进行鉴别和定量测定,可作为羊蹄药材中蒽醌类成分的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish the new methods that can identify and assay the anthraquinones of Rumex japonicus Houtt. while be used to evaluate the quality of the Rurnex japonicus Houtt.. Methods: Thin layer chromatography( TLC )was used for the identification and UPLC was applied to assay the contents of emodin, chrysophanol and physcion of Rumex japonicus Houtt.. Results: The characteristic of TLC was distinct. It showed that the UPLC can fast assay the contents of emodin, chrysophanol and physcion at one time. Conclusion: These methods can be used in qualitative identification and quantitative assay of anthraquinones of Rumex japonicus Houtt. with good specificity, reproducibility and stability.
