摘要
总结了1例重症脑卒中患者合并麻痹性肠梗阻的护理体会,包括心理干预、症状护理、胃肠减压的护理、肢体功能锻炼、皮肤护理等。认为细致入微的观察、及时积极的救治、重视家属和陪护的健康教育、实施有效护理干预能减轻患者痛苦、缩短住院日、降低医疗费用,是抢救患者生命、降低死亡率、遏制合并症、提高患者日常生活能力的有效措施。
The nursing experience of a patient with severe stroke and paralytic ileus was summarized,including psychological intervention,symptoms nursing,gastrointestinal decompression nursing,limb function exercise,skin care,et al.It is believed that the following measures can reduce the pain of patients,shorten hospital stay,reduce medical cost,which include careful observation,timely and positive treatment,paying attentions on health education of patients＇ families and chaperones.These measures can rescue patients＇ life,reduce mortality rate,prevent complications and improve patients＇ ability of living.
