江苏高校图书馆数字资源建设现状与可持续发展机制研究

Digital Resource in Jiangsu's University Libraries and the Mechanisms for Its S ustainable Development

以江苏教育122所江苏省普通高等学校为调查对象,从各高校的数字图书馆门户网站入手,结合邮件或电话询问,对数据库数量分布情况、中外文数据库引进情况、特色数据库建设情况及数字资源整合情况进行详实数据调查,分析江苏高校图书馆数字资源建设现状,以期通过建立政策保障机制、质量管理机制、绩效评估机制、协作共建机制,促使江苏高校图书馆数字资源建设可持续发展。

Taking 122 colleges and universities of Jiangsu Province listed in Jiangsu Education as the investigation objects, the authors make a survey via the digital library portal websites of them, together with email and phone query, with special emphasis on the number and distribution of the databases, acquisition of both Chinese and foreign databases, the construction of the characteristic databases as well as the integration of the digital resources. Based on the situation of digital resources, the authors argue that the sustainable development of digital resource construction could be promoted by establishing such mechanisms as policy guarantee, quality management, performance evaluation and cooperative construction and maintenance.
