吉林省地市级政府网站信息服务能力研究

摘要 政府网站建设及其信息服务水平是电子政务发展和政府信息化建设的关键,本文从《2009年中国政府网站绩效评估总报告》中将吉林省地市级政府网站的评估数据择选出来,并与全国名列前茅的地市级政府网站的评估数据做以对比,从中分析出目前吉林省地市级政府网站信息服务过程中存在的问题,进而提出了吉林省地市级政府网站信息服务能力改进策略。 The construction of government website and its information service level are the key to E-- government and government informatization. The paper chooses the evaluation data on websites of prefecture --level governments in Jilin Province from General Report of the Performance Evaluations on Chinese Government Websites in 2009, compares the data with the websites listed among the best in the country, analyzes the existing problems in information services of those in Jilin Province, and proposes some strategies on improving the service ability.
