摘要
研究开发了一种在交变电场中碱分解黑钨矿精矿的新方法。在市用50Hz交流电构成的交变电场中,控制槽电压6—8V/cm,物料水分15—17%,NaOH用量为理论量的1.5倍,黑钨矿的分解率可达95—97%。本方法具有设备简单、没有搅拌装置、能够显著强化钨矿的碱分解过程等特点。
A new method of caustic decomposition of wolframite concentrate in an alternative electric field is investigated and developed.The experimental . results show that when the following conditions'are maintained in an alter-nativeelectric field, the voltage of 6-8 V/cm at 50Hz, the water content of materials 15-17% and 1.5 times of theoretical amount of NaOH,the decomposition rate of wolframite is 95-97%. This method, has the advantages of intensifing the caustic decomposition process of tungsten ore with simple equipment and no stirrer.
