有机质精矿中铀的浸出性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 有机质精矿中的铀浸出性能明显低于尾矿。有机质精矿酸浸时要求较高的酸度、较高的温度和较多的氧化剂;碱浸时一般也要求较高的温度和碱浓度。为了改善铀的浸出性能采用氧化焙烧预处理,只适用于那些演化阶段较低的有机质,对演化阶段高的有机质不但无益,甚至有害。演化低的有机质不适于用加压碱法浸出,其铀浸出率随浸出温度升高而降低。研究表明,浓酸熟化法是处理有机质精矿的有效方法。 The teachability of uranium in the concentrate of organic matter is obviously lower than that in the tailings. Higher acidity,higher temperature and more oxidant are needed for acid leaching of uranium in the concentrate of organic matter, and higher temperature and higher alkali concentration for alkali leaching. To improve the leachability of uranium the oxidation roasting pretreatment can be used for the uranium-bearing organic matter of shorter evolutionary process, but it is unfavourable for that of longer evolutionary process. It is shown that the effective method for treating the concentrate of uranium-bearing organic matter is the leaching by strong acid curing.
