医院内药品不良反应监测系统的建立

Establishment of Hospital Adverse Drug Reaction(ADR) Monitoring System

目的:提高医院药品不良反应(ADR)的监测管理水平和工作效率。方法:利用计算机网络,设计一套基于医院内ADR监测的查询统计系统。结果:及时将患者的ADR信息进行网络登记并汇总到药剂主管部门,快速实现信息上报、查询和统计工作。结论:实现对医院内ADR报告的信息化、网络化管理,有效提高工作效率,及时反映ADR信息。

Objective： To improve the level of monitoring management and efficiency of nosocomial Adverse drug reaction （ADR）. Methods： The system of query statistics based on monitoring nosocomial ADR was designed by using computer network to design. Results： The information about patients ＇ ADR on network were registered and aggregated to administrative department in charge of drug and reporting promptly, inquiring and statistics were accomplished immediately. Conclusion： Informatization and network management of reporting nosocomial ADR were realized, the working efficiency was enhanced effectively and information about adverse drug reaction was reflected promptly.
