“奥巴马主义”评析 被引量：1

摘要 奥巴马执政当局制定的美国国家安全战略,历经"巧实力"战略到"奥巴马主义"的演变。"奥巴马主义"就是现阶段的美国以"变革外交"为旗帜,重塑全球"领袖地位";淡化意识形态因素,确立"灵活"、"务实"、"合作"的战略基调,用来应对全球化带来的诸多挑战;发展"柔性民主",运用"软实力"改善美国的国际形象;秉持多边主义立场,积极介入国际事务并力争发挥主导作用。
