东部沿海六省市商务成本水平结构比较

A Comparison of Six Coastal Provinces in East China in Business Cost Structures

本文从要素成本和交易成本两方面构建区域商务成本评价指标体系,选取东部沿海上海、浙江、江苏、福建、广东和山东六省市为比较对象,结论是东部沿海六省市商业设施及土地成本和劳动力成本总体呈现出上升态势,但具体指标上升速度存在明显差异;政府运作效率、市场化和信息化程度、基础设施和研发能力明显提高,但少数指标却呈现逐年下降态势,如合同外资金额占GDP比重等。

Based on the scalability principle, assessment index system of regional business costs may be constructed from elements costs and transaction costs. And the paper selects the eastern coastal Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Fujian, Guangdong and Shandong as comparing targets, and based on Statistical Yearbook compares level index data of six provinces and cities. The main conclusions are that commercial facilities and land costs and labor costs show an upward trend overall, but the increasing rate of specific indicators is obvious different; The efficiency of government operations, the degree of market and information, infrastructures and R ＆ D capabilities are improved markedly, but few indicators are showing declining trend, such as proportion of contracted foreign investment and GDP. The major contribution of the paper is that regional business costs are analyzed comparatively by detailed data.
