煤炭城市规划是在一定时期内城市发展的计划和蓝图,只有认真做好城市规划、并加以实现,才能发挥经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。同时城市是一个融自然、社会、经济于一体的复合生态系统。文章以高层建筑形态设计为例,论述了城市规划与高层建筑设计的相关性,介绍了城市规划视角的高层建筑形态设计要素,营造以人为本的舒适高层建筑形态设计环境。
