摘要
文章阐述了升压型电路的工作原理,比较了有源功率因数校正电路的两种模式的优缺点,基于临界导通模式(BCM)的控制方式,结合Motorola公司的MC34262芯片的零电流导通、减小开关损耗的良好特点,给出了基于MC34262的有源功率因数校正电路设计,同时利用MATLAB建立了仿真模型实现仿真,通过仿真波形可以看出MC34262在提高功率校正因数方面有很好的应用前景。
The paper expounds the principle of the boost and the two mode of demerits of active power factor correction is given. It designs the APFC circuit based on a motorola chip- MC34262, which has the character of zero current conduction and shrinking the loss of switch, with using the BCM (Boundary Conduction Mode). Besides the simulation model of the system is built and a good prospect of application of chip-MC34262 can be seen by the simulation waveform is given.
