摘要
针对继电器控制系统可靠性较差、使用不够灵活方便等缺陷,利用PLC进行设计,达到了控制生产线的分拣、传送及进出库的目的。在系统中充分利用PLC在控制方面的卓越性能和变频器原理,用交流变频变压拖动技术,实现了生产线的启动平稳、运行可靠、故障率低的功能。在上位监控系统的设计中,利用组态软件设计了参数设置、过程监控、数据处理、故障定位等功能,对于今后基于PLC的工业控制设计具有一定作用。
