摘要
首次提出了风火电联合运营的观点,并对两者联合运营的影响因素进行了分析。认为风—火电联合运营的方式不仅要满足技术上的可行性,以满足电力系统的稳定运行,也要满足经济上的可行性,使得电力系统成本最小。利用技术结构比例模型与经济结构比例模型得出两者联合运营的比例,模型结果显示,风—火电联合运营在技术上及经济上都是可行的。
The point of view of Wind & Thermal Power joint operations was first proposed in this paper, and the factors impacted on them were analyzed. Joint operations that not only meet the technieal feasibility, to meet stable operation of power system, but also meet the economic feasibility, making the power system cost minimized. Ratio of joint operation between them was obtained by using structural of technology model and economic structure of scale model. The results show that Wind & Thermal Power joint operation is technically and economically feasible.
