清肠颗粒对实验性功能性便秘的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Qingchang Granule in Experimental Functional Constipation

摘要 目的:观察清肠颗粒对实验性功能性便秘的影响。方法:清肠颗粒低、中、高(按生药量计6.5,13,26 g.kg-1.d-1)剂量组,大黄通便颗粒(3.12 g.kg-1.d-1)组,聚乙二醇4000散剂(5.2 g.kg-1.d-1)组。每天ig给药1次,连续5 d。通过清肠颗粒对小鼠排便时间和数量、肠容积、小肠推进运动等(排便实验、肠容积实验、炭末推进实验)的作用与影响,考察清肠颗粒对实验性功能性便秘的效应。结果:与燥结失水模型组比较,清肠颗粒中、高剂量组小鼠首次排便时间缩短,4 h内排黑便点数增多(P<0.01);与肠道动力障碍模型组比较,清肠颗粒低、中、高剂量组缩短小鼠首次排黑便时间并增加4 h内排黑便点数(P<0.01,P<0.05);与空白对照组比较,清肠颗粒随剂量增加小鼠排便时间缩短,排便数增多(P<0.01);与空白对照组比较清肠颗粒低、中、高剂量组肠管质量明显增加(P<0.05,P<0.01);碳墨推进距离与空白对照组比较明显增长(分别P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:清肠颗粒能够明显促进小鼠排便,显著减少肠道对水分的吸收,具有增加肠管容积、增强正常小鼠肠蠕动和促进小肠推进运动的作用。 Objective:To observe the effect of Qingchang granule in experimental functional constipation.Method: Qingchang granule low,medium and high(6.5,13,26 g·kg-1·d-1)dose group,Dahuang Tongbian Keli(3.12 g·kg-1·d-1)group,polyethylene glycol PEG 4 000 powder(5.2 g·kg-1·d-1) group.ig every day to medicine,the continuous 5 d.To investigate the role of Qingchang granule in the time and number of defaecation,volume of intestine,propulsive movement of small intestine of the experimental mouse(defaecation experiment,volume of intestine experiment,charcoal powder propulsion experiment),explore the biological effect of the Qingchang granule in experimental functional Constipation.Result: Dry and water loss model group comparison,Qingchang granule,high dose group of mice,shorten the time required for the first time defecate in row 4 h and black points increased(P0.01).And intestinal power obstacles model,Qingchang granule group compared low,medium and high dose group first row black mice and shorten the time and increase in row 4 h black then points(P0.01,P0.05).And blank compared to the Qingchang granule with mice increased defecate time reduced doses,defecate number increased(P0.01).And blank compared Qingchang granule low,medium and high quality throughout the obvious increase of the dose group(P0.05,P0.01).Carbon ink distance and promote blank compared increases obviously(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion:The results indicate that Qingchang granule could promote defecation,decrease the intestine absorbed the moisture,increased volume of intestine,enhanced the enterocinesia and propulsive movement of intestine.
