血清瘦素与青少年儿童高血压的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨血清瘦素浓度与青少年儿童高血压的关系。方法测定肥胖高血压患儿、非肥胖高血压患儿、单纯性肥胖组和健康自愿者各20例的空腹血清瘦素浓度、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、体重、计算体重指数(BMI)和平均动脉压(MAP),采用酶联免疫分析法(ELISA法)测定血清瘦素相对浓度,分析瘦素与上述各项参数的相关性。结果①单纯性肥胖组、非肥胖高血压组、肥胖高血压组与正常组比较,血清瘦素浓度均显著高于正常组(P<0.05)。②非肥胖高血压组、肥胖高血压组与单纯性肥胖组比较,血清瘦素浓度均显著高于单纯性肥胖组(P<0.05)。③正常组、单纯性肥胖组、非肥胖高血压组和肥胖高血压组女童的血清瘦素浓度均分别显著高于同组男童(P<0.05)。④瘦素与体重、BMI、SBP、DBP呈正相关性。结论血清瘦素水平与血压之间有相关关系,推测血清瘦素可能参与了青少年儿童高血压的发生发展过程。 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum leptin and hy-pertension in adolescent.Methods Serum leptin concentrations were measured by ELISA. Systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood 15ressure (DBP)and body mass index (BMD were determined in 20 patients with Obesity-associated hypertension,20 patients with obesity,20 hypertension without obesity and 20 normal children.The correlation between leptin and other parameters were analyzed. Results ①The serum concentration level was significantly lower in normotensives group than in obesity and hyper-tension group and in obesity group (P〈0.05). QThe serum leptin concentration level was significantly higher in hypertensive without obesity group than in obesity and hypertension group and in obesity group (P〈 0.05). ②The serum concentration level was more significantly higher in female than in male among same group (P 〈 0.05). ③Serum leptin concentrations were strongly correlated with BMI. SBP and DBP in both male and female(P〈0.05). Conclusion Serum leptin is perhaps participated in adolescent hypertension.
