应用拉玛泽分娩法对促进孕妇自然分娩及减少婴儿窒息的研究

目的探讨在导乐陪伴分娩的过程中实施拉玛泽分娩法对促进孕妇自然分娩的影响。方法将500例阴道试产的产妇采用随机和自愿的原则分为两组,观察组(250例)在导乐陪伴分娩的基础上实施拉玛泽分娩法,对照组(250例)仅按导乐陪伴分娩进行护理。观察两组产妇产时疼痛情况、产程的时间、分娩方式、新生儿窒息及产后出血的发生率。结果观察组产时疼痛程度降低,缩短了产程的时间,降低了剖宫产率,减少产后出血和降低新生儿窒息率,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P均<0.05)。结论陪伴分娩的过程中实施拉玛泽分娩法能促进自然分娩,减少产后出血和新生儿窒息,提高了产科质量。

Objective In the process of music with delivery lead in ramah and implementation method to promote pregnant childbirth ze natural childbirth. Methods 500 patients with vaginal pilot by random maternal and voluntary principles divided into two groups, the observation group （250 cases） in guide music company on the basis of childbirth implementation ramah ze delivery method, and the control group （n = 250） according to the music with only care delivery. Watch two groups in pain, when mothers length of labor, delivery mode, neonatal choking and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage. Results The observation group producing pain reduce and shorten the length of labor, reduce the rate of cesarean section, reduce postpartum hemorrhage and reduce the neonatal suffocation rate, compared with controls have significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion With the process of delivery implementation ramah ze delivery method can promote natural childbirth, reduce postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia, improve the quality of maternity.
