血清尿酸与甘油三酯的联合作用对血压的影响

目的探讨成人血清尿酸(SUA)对血压的影响,评估肥胖、空腹血糖、血脂对该关系的影响。方法以2009年江苏徐州地区来自社区的8415例各项生化指标均完整的健康体检人群为研究对象,排除既往有糖尿病史以及空腹血糖≥7.0mmol/L或/和2h OGTT≥11.1mmol/L者。结果调整性别和年龄因素后,受试者血压随SUA水平的升高而增加(P<0.0001)。进一步调整血糖、脂类因素后仍存在该趋势(P<0.0001)。SUA与甘油三酯对舒张压的影响呈叠加效应,这两个指标的最高组与最低组舒张压的差值达到8mmHg。结论 SUA与高血压之间有显著关联,并独立于其他代谢危险因素。甘油三酯与SUA可以联合影响舒张压水平。

Objective To investigate the independent association between serum uric acid （SUA） and hypertension; and assessed the joint effects with metabolic risk factors. Methods After exclued subjects with known diabetes, fasting glucose greater than 7.0mmol/l, a total of 8415 subjects from a community-based health examination survey in Xuzhou, Jiangsn province of China （2009）. Blood pressure, body mass index （BMI） and biomarkers features were evaluated for all the individuals.Results Increased blood pressure levels were associated with SUA concentration, adjusting for age and sex （P for trend〈0.0001）, even fin-ther adjustment for fasting glucose and lipids （P for trend〈0.0001）. An additive effect of triglycerides and uric acid levels on diastolic blood pressure （DBP） was founded. Conclusion There was significant association between SUA and hypertension, independent of other metabolic risk factors. The effects of triglycerides and uric acid levels on DBP were additive.
