精氨酸酶在正常与牙周炎牙龈组织中的表达差异研究

目的检测精氨酸酶(arginase,Arg)在正常与牙周炎的牙龈组织中的表达差异。方法分别采用酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)和分光光度法检测Arg在40例健康成人(对照组)与40例慢性中重度牙周炎患者(实验组)的牙龈组织中含量和活性的差异。结果实验组牙龈组织中Arg的含量和活性均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 Arg可能参与了牙周炎牙龈组织的炎症过程,在牙周炎发展过程中具有重要意义。

Objective To study the concentration and the activity of arginase（Arg） in normal and inflammatory gingival tissue between healthy adults and adults with periodontitis. Methods We collected the gingival tissues in 40 cases of healthy adult （control group） and 40 cases of chronic periodontitis patients （experimental group）. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and the spectrophotometric method were used to detect the concentration and the activity of Arg between the two groups. Results The concentration and the activty of Arg were all higher in the experiment group than that in the healthy group, and the difference of two groups was significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Arg may participate in inflammatory process in the periodontal tissue, and play an important role in the progress of periodontitis.
