主动脉窦瘤破裂50例手术治疗体会

目的回顾性分析50例主动脉窦瘤破裂的外科治疗。方法 1999年1月～2010年12月,在中度低温行体外循环下行主动脉窦瘤破裂修补术50例。同期行室间隔缺损修补36例,行房间隔缺损修补1例,行主动脉瓣整形术5例,行主动脉瓣整形术2例。结果本组无死亡病例,所有患者均痊愈出院,随诊无复发。结论主动脉窦瘤破裂的患者一经确诊,应及早手术,同期处理心内畸形、主动脉瓣返流。预后良好。

Objective A retrospective analysis of 50 cases of ruptured aneurysm of aortic sinus surgery. Methods From January 1999 to December 2010, in the moderate hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass line ruptured sinus of Valsalva aneurysm repair 50 cases. Concomitant ventricular septal defect repair in 36 cases, atrial septal defect repair in 1 case, aortic valve plasty in 5 cases, aortic valve plasty in 2 cases. Results No deaths, all patients were cured, were followed up without recurrence. Conclusion Aortic sinus aneurysm rupture in patients once diagnosed, early surgery, compared handling heart defects, aortic valve regurgitation. Prognosis is good.
