孕产妇产科出血死亡因素分析

目的探讨孕产妇产科出血死亡的相关因素,对其进行分析,找出原因并提出相应对策以降低孕产妇的死亡率。方法对汕头市2005年1月～2010年12月间经过孕产妇死亡评审组评审的孕产妇死亡资料进行统计分析。结果汕头市发生64例孕产妇死亡,其中由于产科出血导致死亡病例共33例,占死亡总数51.56%,为孕产妇死亡的首要因素。结论孕产妇产科出血死亡因素与所在地区的经济、教育、计划外生育、多胎多产及基层医疗设施、人员素质等有关。

Objective Discuss the death factors of obstetric hemorrhage of maternal, find out the reason and put forward corresponding measures to reduce the mortality rate of maternal. Methods Statistical analysis the incidence of death, during January, 2005 to december 2010, which reviewed by maternal mortality review groups. Results 64 cases of maternal desths occurred in our city, and 33 maternal death because of obstetric hemorrhage, which is the chidf reason of maternal death, taking up 51.56%.Conclusion The death factors of obstetric hemorrhage of maternal related to the regional economy, education, unplanned births, multiple births prolific and primary care facilities ,quality of personnel and so on.
